The Aragó Press gallery contains a selection of images from a variety of artist's books, not all of them have been produced in any quantity as the ethos of the press has been about making individual books. More recently however, the press has undertaken the publications of small editions in collaboration with individual poets.
artists book Monzali
Four new Aragó Press publications appeared in the summer of 2011. All four were printed at the studio in Cadaqués.
The first to appear was "Bede and the Shipbuilder's Wife", which was bound in a simple paper wrapper. The text was by A E Jordan and the ten prints, of which three were in colour, were by Arvon Wellen.
This small volume was then exhibited as a part of the "Sunderland Book Project". The project was organised by Theresa Easton and the books have been exhibited at the Arts Centre Washington, Tyne and Wear (UK) and may also be exhibited in Durham and Bristol.

"Tough Love" and "Variations on the theme of the little love god" were based on this theme and included the poetry of A E Jordan.
All three books were bound by hand by Matt Edwards who is a member of Green Door a print workshop based in Derby, UK.
